Rochelle Rao has been spending her days in motherly bliss for the past couple of months. The television personality welcomed her baby girl Josephine with her actor-husband Keith Sequeira on October 1. Unabashedly, the couple is sharing adorable pictures of their daughter on social media, capturing some sweet family moments. The little munchkin has been making our days with her cuteness. While Rochelle is enjoying her motherhood, she is also ready to head back to work “soon”. In a recent interaction with the Times of India, the new mum shared her thoughts on resuming her professional career, post having a baby.
According to the former Bigg Boss 9 contestant, she was pondering on how to strike a balance between her work and motherly duties. “Until I don’t take up work, I won’t know if I can manage things well. So, I would like to get back soon; I don’t want this to be a long break,” she confessed. Rochelle Rao added that even if she takes up any new project, it would most probably be a television show or OTT content. To be precise, “a short format show”. Having the “liberty of taking kids along to work” Rochelle was also willing to take her little one to the film sets sometimes. “I’d like my child to see me live my dreams and get inspired to achieve hers,” she explained.
Rochelle Rao was a part of many reality TV shows including Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa 6, Fear Factor: Khatron Ke Khiladi 5, and Nach Baliye 9. Although she is presently on a sabbatical, following the birth of Josephine, the actress’ statement indicates that she might be recommencing her work commitments very soon.
