Shriya Saran found herself in an uncomfortable spot after a man came to close to her to take a picture. The Drishyam actress was seen making her way out of the Mumbai airport on Thursday evening. She was welcomed by a sea of photographers and fans. While Shriya stopped to pose for the cameras and click pictures with fans, she was taken off guard by a man who was also trying to take a picture with her.
In a video shared by a paparazzo on Instagram, Shriya was talking to someone when she took a step back and accidentally bumped into a man. The man was trying to take a picture with her without her permission. Noticing how close he was, Shriya appeared to be uncomfortable but offered to pose for a picture with him. Watch the video below:
Shriya made her acting debut in 2001 with the Telugu film Ishtam, but she had her first commercial success with the 2002 film Santosham. Later, she appeared in many successful movies like Chatrapathi, Sivaji: The Boss, Mission Istaanbul, RRR and Drishyam franchise, to name a few. She was last seen in the musical film Music School, written and directed by Papa Rao Biyyala. The film also featured Prakash Raj, Sharman Joshi, Ozu Barua and Gracy Goswami.
As of now, Shriya is working on her upcoming film titled Nadada, written and directed by Rahul Singh Rana Krishna. The film is currently under the pre-production stage and is expected to hit the big screens on April 4, 2024.
The actress is also a trained Kathak dancer. As per reports, she originally embarked on the journey of a professional dancer but later, she became an actress. Recently, she uploaded a video clip of her performing the Kathak dance at home. After watching the dance, her fans pleaded with the producers and directors to cast her in a dance role.
