27. Choppadandi is a state Assembly/Vidhan Sabha constituency in the state of Telangana and is part of Karimnagar Lok Sabha/Parliamentary constituency. Choppadandi falls in Karimnagar district and North Telangana region of Telangana. It is categorised as a rural seat.
There are a total of 1,88,446 voters in the seat, which includes 93,494 male voters, and 94,951 female voters. In the 2018 Telangana elections, Choppadandi recorded a voter turnout of 79.35%. In 2014 the turnout was 72.96%.
In 2014, Bodiga Shobha of TRS won the seat by a margin of 54,981 (36.8%). Bodiga Shobha secured 58.13% of the total votes polled.
