82. Hindaun is a state Assembly/Vidhan Sabha constituency in the state of Rajasthan and is part of Karauli Dholpur (SC) Lok Sabha/Parliamentary constituency. Hindaun falls in Karauli district and Matsya region of Rajasthan. It is categorised as a rural seat.
There are a total of 2,50,513 voters in the seat, which includes 1,33,201 male voters, and 1,17,312 female voters. In the 2018 Rajasthan elections, Hindaun recorded a voter turnout of %. In 2013 the turnout was 70.93%, and in 2008 it was 62.3%.
In 2013, Rajkumari of BJP won the seat by a margin of 8,111 votes (5.64%). Rajkumari secured 41.04% of the total votes polled.
