Madhya Pradesh: CM says action has been taken against Raghavji
Raghavji was expelled by the Bharatiya Janata Party after a CD also emerged in the sodomy case.

Bhopal: Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan on Monday said that action has been taken against the former minister Raghavji, who has been accused of sodomising his domestic help. Raghavji was expelled by the Bharatiya Janata Party after a CD also emerged in the case.

Congress MLAs protested outside the Madhya Pradesh Assembly against Raghavji, who on Monday applied for anticipatory bail after police registered an FIR against him and his two associates.

The bail application will come up for hearing on Tuesday as the district and sessions court could not make a decision today due to the day-long statewide strike of lawyers. His domestic help had filed a complaint with police citing a CD purportedly showing 79-year-old Raghavji in "compromising" positions.
