New Delhi: The pitch is set for second innings of the swearing-in ceremony of Team Manmohan with 59 more ministers taking oath of office and secrecy at the Rashtrapati Bhawan on Thursday. The inductees include 14 in the Cabinet and 45 as ministers of state.
