24. Sujangarh is a state Assembly/Vidhan Sabha constituency in the state of Rajasthan and is part of Churu Lok Sabha/Parliamentary constituency. Sujangarh falls in Churu district and North region of Rajasthan. It is categorised as a rural seat.
There are a total of 2,58,671 voters in the seat, which includes 1,35,255 male voters, and 1,23,416 female voters. In the 2018 Rajasthan elections, Sujangarh recorded a voter turnout of 70.43%. In 2013 the turnout was 72.28%, and in 2008 it was 61.8%.
In 2013, Khemaram of BJP won the seat by a margin of 13,649 votes (8.74%). Khemaram secured 50.54% of the total votes polled.
INC won this seat in the 2008 Assembly elections with a margin of 14,061 votes (11.66%), registering 46.69% of the total votes polled.
