Desi Fan Joins Bridgerton Name Trend And The Result Is Hilarious

The third season of the Netflix series Bridgerton has ignited immense excitement among fans. This season is a real treat packed with drama and the big reveal of our favourite gossip queen, Lady Whistledown. The show immerses viewers in the opulent world of the 1800s. One of the coolest things about Bridgerton is the characters’ names with prestigious titles like Lord or Lady. Amidst the fervour, fans have begun creating humorous videos to help others discover their personalised Bridgerton titles.

However, the trend of discovering your Bridgerton name hasn’t quite resonated with everyone, especially Desis. Actress Ishitta Arun highlighted this in a hilarious Instagram post titled “Problems of Desi Bridgerton Fans.” In the video, Ishitta scrolls through her Instagram feed and stumbles upon a video that asks, “What will be your Bridgerton name?”

The instructions in the video were simple. All you have to do is choose “lord” or “lady” based on your middle name, add “ton” to the last beverage you drank and finish with the first part of your street name followed by “shire”. Ishitta followed these steps and chose “lady,” combined it with her middle name “Gajodhar” and then added “ton” to the last drink she had which was kaadha. This resulted in “Kaadhaton.” Finally, she took the first part of her street name “Bhendi” and ended it with “shire,” creating “Lady Gajodhar Kaadhaton of Bhendishire.”

Her reaction upon uttering her newly discovered Bridgerton name was hilarious. However, she eventually gave up, exclaiming that she no longer wished to continue playing the game.

Ishitta Arun’s post created quite a stir online, amassing over 1 million views and inspiring a wave of hilarious responses from fellow Bridgerton fans trying out their own names.

One user proudly declared, “Presenting to you all: LORD Sanskar Caravova Hazelnut Coldcoffeeton of Kocharshire.”

Another chimed in with a playful twist, “Dearest Gentle Readers, presenting to you… Lady Blank Doodhton of Janakshire…”

Someone else added, “Lady Bhagat Glucoseton of Urbanshire.”
