All over the world, when people travel on an aeroplane, they expect great customer service. When their expectations are not met, many of the users criticise the airlines in their feedback form. A few days ago, Mark Ross-Smith, CEO of the Singapore-based travel technology company Loyalty Status Co., shared feedback for Etihad Airways that was given by his 6-year-old daughter after they returned from a business class flight. In the feedback form, she gave a 1 out of 10 rating to the UAE-based airline because of her awful experience. Now, it has been found that, after a few days, the CEO’s daughter has changed her mind and has fondly referred to the airline as ‘Chocolate Airline’ on her subsequent flight.
Mark Ross-Smith had earlier revealed details about his daughter’s experience with flying Etihad’s business class and why she gave a poor rating to one of the most luxurious forms of air travel in the world. He wrote a post on the microblogging platform X and revealed that her daughter didn’t like the experience because she did not get chocolate on the flight and her school friends were not on it. Apart from that, another reason she gave a lower rating was that she didn’t get hot towel service onboard and that children in the business class and economy class had gotten identical packets of souvenirs.
Etihad sent a survey to my 6-year-old daughter about her recent flight experience in business class.I let my daughter answer the survey without any influence.
It was a bloodbath.

Mark again took to X and revealed that when his family was flying with Etihad once again, the airline remedied the previous incident and made sure the girl and her sibling got chocolates everywhere. He also wrote in his post that the airlines made sure that they got chocolates everywhere, from airport check-in to the lounge, boarding, inflight, and even post-flight. He added that his daughters have never had so much chocolate in their lives.
According to my 6-year-old, Etihad is now ‘Chocolate Airlines’.Recently, my daughter expressed feedback to the airline that she likes chocolate.

He continued in his post by lauding Etihad Airlines. He wrote, “Chocolate Airlines successfully wowed the heck out of my little chocolate connoisseur. The magical chocolate journey, something I wish every child flying Etihad could experience, is permanently imprinted into her memory.”
