IIT Guwahati has invited applications for walk-in interactions to render professional services as consultants on a purely temporary basis. Eligible and interested candidates can apply by visiting the official website of IIT Guwahati at iitg.ac.in.
This recruitment drive aims to fill a part-time medical consultant position in psychiatry and a part-time medical consultant position in pathology at the IIT Guwahati Hospital. Eligibility:
Candidates who wish to apply through this recruitment at IIT Guwahati should have an MBBS degree with a postgraduate degree or diploma in psychiatry and pathology, respectively. There is no upper age limit for the candidates applying for the posts.
Duty Hours and Pay:
The selected medical consultant in psychiatry will have to visit the institute two days a week for a minimum of four hours per day. The pay for these posts is mentioned as Rs 1,210 per hour. The selected medical consultant in pathology will have to visit the institute five days a week for a minimum of two hours per day. These candidates will get Rs 1,650 per hour.
Selection process:
The candidates will be selected based on a walk-in interview conducted by the selection committee.
