1. Kata Kat

The other ingredients used in this dish are turmeric, fenugreek leaves, chilli powder, cumin seeds, and cinnamon. Due to the sound made in the preparation of this dish, it has been named Kata Kat.
2. Peshawari Chapli Kabab
Peshawari Chapli Kabab is another delectable dish cooked in Pakistan and is made with the help of lamb’s legs. To cook it, the lamb’s legs are soaked with spices and fried until they turn brown. Post the cooking, this dish is served with Papaya and Curd.

Ram’s Testicles also known as lamb fries. It is a distinctive and culturally significant food item. Earlier, it was said that lamb’s testicles were parboiled, cut in half, and seasoned before being prepared in various cuisines across the world.
4. Maghaz
Maghaz is also called brain masala and mainly comprises the brain of a cow or sheep. This is considered to be the favourite food of Pakistanis. To cook it, first, the brain of a cow or sheep is boiled. After this, a paste of onion, coriander, green chilli, turmeric, ginger, and garlic is added. After adding the paste, it is cooked for a long time and then this dish is served with paratha.
