Taylor Swift is at the top of the world, performing on her Eras Tour and bringing joy to Swifties. However, not all experiences at her concerts have been positive. Recently, a video showing a troubling scene at her show in Warsaw’s PGE Narodowy Stadium surfaced online.
In the clip, two teenage Swifties, 15 and 16, faced rude behaviour from a woman, who was smiling while belittling the girls and calling them trash for reasons unknown. The disturbing moment happened during one of Swift’s three sold-out shows in the Polish capital. Her harsh words left social media users questioning her motives.
The video opens with the woman saying, “You’re trash. Sorry but you look like trash.” Recording and responding to the woman, one of the girl states, “This is a 40 year old lady telling two 16 and 15 year olds they look trash. We’re not responding or anything. She just keeps coming back.”
While another adds, “She told us, ‘we’re bitch and we need to leave the concert.’ So I hope she’s out, we’re not. I keep giving her thumbs up. This lady is still harassing us.” In a surprising turn of event, the rude woman tells her, “You don’t know what harassment is.”
Sharing the video on Reddit, a user expressing their frustration wrote, “What the heck is wrong with that girl? Why are her fans like this? I thought the bullying was just online but man was I so wrong. They’re just like this in person too. Second Swiftie I see on my feed attacking others, but is actually caught on camera doing it.”

Reacting to the post, a user wrote, “She’s got that weird uncanny stare and smile while she’s saying ‘You look like trash’ that seems to be a trademark for Karen outbursts.”
Another shared, “And Swifties will say a Taylor Swift concert is one of the safest places for women.”
“One thing I really respected about the eras tour. How many girls and women got to gather in one place without fear. Unfortunately, it was only an illusion,” a comment read.
Another wrote, “The girls look adorable. I can’t even fathom how shitty of a human you’d have to be to tell anyone this let alone children.”
An individual shared, “I would love to know what drugs that lady was on. I would be so pissed if me and my friend just wanted to enjoy a concert and a deranged lady harassed us.”
One more added, “Not defending the maybe bigot, but the video comments also state that the girls may have also been the problem.”
It’s unclear why the woman was criticising the teenagers, but the video suggested that the girls might have done something to provoke the situation. However, there’s no footage to back up this claim.
After her shows in Poland, Taylor Swift had to cancel her concerts in Austria last week. Authorities found out that three teenagers were planning a serious attack at Vienna’s Ernst Happel Stadium, where Taylor was set to perform on August 8 and 10.
