SUN Mobility, a pioneer in green energy, has teamed up with Bluwheelz to launch retrofit kits for Tata ACE vehicles, marking a major shift in the logistics industry.
This move allows fleet operators to upgrade their old Tata ACE vehicles, whether they use internal combustion engines (ICE) or fixed batteries, to state-of-the-art electric vehicles (EVs) using SUN Mobility’s advanced battery swapping technology.
At the launch event, attended by Tata ACE fleet operators and financers, the spotlight was on the benefits of this retrofit solution. Switching to SUN Mobility’s electric Tata ACE can lead to substantial cost savings—around 30 percent per month for those moving from CNG vehicles and approximately 40 percent for those transitioning from diesel.

This change not only cuts operational costs but also extends vehicle lifespan and enhances productivity. The electric Tata ACE can operate during no-entry hours in Delhi, providing fleet operators with increased uptime and efficiency.
