BANGALORE: The ISKCON (Bangalore) group of temples elected its new governing council for the next three years. According to the release, the election was conducted in accordance with the direction of the management issued by ISKCON’s founder AC Bhaktivedanta Swami Prabhupada, by an election commissioner Gangadharappa, a retired IAS Officer.The new council comprises Amitasana Dasa, Chanchalapathi Dasa, Jai Chaitanya Dasa, Madhu Pandit Dasa, Rajiv Lochana Dasa, Ratnangada Govinda Dasa, Satya Gaura Chandra Dasa, Stoka Krishna Dasa, Suvyakta Narasimha Dasa and Vasudeva Keshav Dasa.The council will oversee the function of around 20 temples belonging to the group in various parts of the country for the next three years.
