REET 2018 Admit Cards have been released by the Board of Secondary Education, Rajasthan, (BSER) on its official website - reetbser.com.
The Rajasthan Eligibility Examination for Teachers - REET 2018 is scheduled to be organized on 11th February 2018, for candidates seeking to qualify for applying for the teaching jobs in government schools of Rajasthan. Over 9.8 Lakh applicants are expected to appear for REET 2018 this month. Candidates who have applied for the same can follow the instructions below and download their Admit Card now:
How to download REET 2018 Admit Cards?
Step 1 – Visit the official website of Rajasthan Education Board http://rajeduboard.rajasthan.gov.in/
Step 2 – Click on R E E T 2 0 1 7 (Admit Card)
Step 3 – Login to your profile
Step 4 – Download your Admit Card and take a printout for the exam day
The admit card will carry important information viz exam centre, time and venue along with important instructions. Candidates must carry their Admit Card on the exam day for hassle free entry along with ID proof like Aadhaar card. The website is currently slow and candidates must try again later to download their Admit Card.
REET 2017-18 Exam Time:
10AM to 12:30PM - Level-II i.e. for Teacher Eligibility Test for Class VI to VIII
2:30 PM to 5 PM - Level-I i.e. for Teacher Eligibility Test for Class I to V
REET 2018 Exam Pattern:
The Rajasthan Eligibility Examination for Teachers will carry 150 MCQs and candidates need to score minimum 60% to qualify the exam. Candidates from Schedule Tribes (ST) of Rajasthan are eligible for relaxation and need 36% to qualify the exam. The qualified candidates will be issued a certificate which will be valid for a period of 3 years and candidates will be eligible to apply for government teaching jobs as and when they are released by the education department of the state.
The last Rajasthan Eligibility Examination for Teachers - REET was held in year 2015 and its results were declared in 2016. In November 2017, BSER had invited applications from eligible candidates to apply for 25000 vacancies of teacher posts in the state government schools.
