Lucknow: A state minister died on Monday in an accident at an unmanned railway crossing in Jaunpur district. The vehicle of Minister Satai Ram was passing through the crossing when the mishap happened.

Over 200 people have been killed in such accidents in the last three years alone.
There are more than 12,500 unmanned crossings across the country.
