Vehicle thief nabbed

KOCHI:  Siyad, son of notorious criminal Veerappan Rahim, was arrested on Monday. Kadavanthra SI Ananthlal and team arrested Siyad from Elamkulam in connection with the theft of an Innova in 2010."Siyad is the fourth accused in the crime, and had been absconding ever since," Ananthlal said. The other three accused have already been arrested. His father Veerappan Rahim is the fifth accused in the case.The police are yet to seized the vehicle. The police team, included senior civil police officers Rasheed and Unni and civil police officers Sabu and Saju.
