Fans, Advance Ticket Sale For Deadpool & Wolverine Begins In India
Marvel India has finally opened bookings for Ryan Reynolds and Hugh Jackman's highly-awaited film, Deadpool & Wolverine.

MCU fans in India can rejoice! The tickets for the highly- anticipated Deadpool & Wolverine are on sale. On Friday, Marvel India opened the ticket window for the upcoming multiversal adventure featuring Ryan Reynolds and Hugh Jackman. “Hold onto your chimichangas! Advance ticket bookings are open now. Experience #DeadpoolAndWolverine, only in cinemas July 26,” the Instagram post read.

Directed by Shawn Levy, the film marks the chaotic reunion of Deadpool with Wolverine, the one with an even darker backstory. After the adamantium-clawed superhero died in 2017’s Logan, his re-entry into the MCU has left fans intrigued.

Scheduled for release on July 26, 2024, the film will open in English, Hindi, Tamil and Telugu languages, catering to a diverse audience in India. The tickets in India opened weeks after the makers piqued interest with pre-sales. Ryan Reynolds and Hugh Jackman also shared the news on their social media handles, showcasing their creative humour.

In the spoof video, Ryan Reynolds was captured eating a banana when Hugh Jackman intervened and said, “Hey Ryan, got you something.” As he hands out a yellow envelope, Reynolds opens it to find that Jackman had bought two tickets to Deadpool and Wolverine for them to watch together.

Currently, the actors along with director Shawn Levy are busy with the promotions for Deadpool & Wolverine. For Marvel enthusiasts in India, the film equally celebrates the beloved characters. Previous projects like the Avengers franchise, Spider-Man, Doctor Strange, Thor and others also saw a tremendous market.

More On Deadpool & Wolverine

As Deadpool and Wolverine are ready to team up in the MCU with their upcoming film, it can mark an all-new territory in the universe. Going by the official trailers, Wade Wilson (Ryan Reynolds) will be hired by the Time Variance Authority for a mission to save the multiverse with the help of the reluctant Logan, aka Wolverine. Ahead of the release, Reynolds and Jackman spoke to Variety about the MCU’s future and his character. “I don’t know. I could see any version of it. I can imagine a solo movie, being part of an ensemble. I can imagine that this is also the last time. I never feel anything other than that,” he said about playing Deadpool.

Besides the dysfunctional duo, the film is also expected to have some interesting X-Men cameos and former Deadpool characters.
