Telugu actor and producer Laksh Chadalavada-starrer Dheera is slated to release in theatres worldwide on February 2. It is directed by the debutant Vikranth Srinivas and stars Laksh himself, along with Soniya Bansal and Neha Pathan in the lead roles. The movie is produced by Padmavati Chadalavada under the banner of Sri Tirumala Tirupati Venkateswara Films. The pre-release event of the movie was held on January 30. Apart from the film crew, popular producers and directors such as Dil and Gopichand Malienei also attended the event. Recently, it was announced that renowned producer Dil Raju has acquired the distribution rights of the film in the Nizam and Vizad regions. At the pre-release event which was held recently, Dil Raju said that he has been watching the Chadalavada Brothers for 25 years. While looking back at his career, he recalled his first meeting with the Chadalvada brothers during the release of the film Dasara.
“Knowing that they had bought the Dasara movie, I met them. After that, we became very close personally.” He praised producer Chandalavada Srinivasa Rao for his contribution in making him the president of the film chamber during its election.
Dil Raju appreciated Dheera’s trailer. “Laksh’s hard work and the team’s hard work should be rewarded. The audience should make this movie a success. All the best to all the team,” he added during his speech at the pre-release event.
Producer Chadalavada Srinivasa Rao said that he has introduced numerous directors in this film business and this time. He has placed his bets on the debutant director Vikranth Srinivas. He also praised the work of his son, Laksh Chadalavada in the movie. Srinivasa Rao said that he is proud of his son for the amount of work he has put in the film. He then announced his further projects. “In March, a graphics film called Record Break, which I made for Rs 100 crore, is coming out. I have been making that film for five years. I am also doing a film in Hindi with Sunil Kumar Reddy’s combo. Na Kanureppavu Nuvvera by KS Nageswara Rao is also ready. We now have sixteen films ready under our productions,” said Chadalvada Srinivasa Rao. He also thanked Dil Raju for uniting the film industry under one roof.
Laksh Chandalavda, the lead actor in the film, expressed that he faced numerous challenges during the movie and he hopes that the movie becomes a super hit at the box office. Director Gopichand Malineni also wished good luck to the team. “The philosophy of Laksh’s passion and hard work should be rewarded,” said Gopichand Malineni.
