Ridhima Pandit Calls Shubman Gill 'Very Cute', Opens Up On Their Wedding Rumours: 'Jab Main Unhe...'

Ridhima Pandit has once again opened up about rumours that she is planning to marry cricketer Shubman Gill soon. In a recent interview, the actress called Gill ‘very cute’ but dismissed their wedding rumours. Ridhima clarified that she does not even know Shubman and stated that “nothing is happening” as of now.

“No (about dating Shubman)! Firstly, I don’t even know him. I think he’s an amazing sports person, but main unhe jaanti nahi (I don’t know him). Jab main kabhi unhe milungi, I am pretty sure hum log hasenge iss baare mei (If I ever meet him, we will laugh about this). I think he is very, very cute, but unfortunately, there’s nothing that is happening,” she told Filmygyan.

Ridhima Pandit is known for television shows like Bahu Hamari Rajnikant and Khatra Khatra Khatra. She was also seen in the first season of Bigg Boss OTT. However, in June this year, the actress grabbed everyone’s attention after her wedding rumours with Shubman Gill made headlines. It was claimed that the two were planning to tie the knot in December 2024.

However, Ridhima issued a video statement later and dismissed her wedding rumours. “I woke up with a lot of calls from journalists asking about my marriage, but what marriage I am not getting married and if something important like this is happening in my life I myself would come out and announce the news, there is no truth to this news,” she said.

Later in an interview with Bombay Times, the Bahu Hamari Rajinikanth actress called their wedding rumours “ridiculous” and mentioned that she is “tired of denying gossip”. “It is some people’s imagination, I guess! Somebody creates a story, and then it goes viral on social media. I don’t even know Shubman Gill personally. This is ridiculous. I started receiving congratulatory messages since morning, and I was tired of denying this gossip. I finally decided to post it on my social media handle,” she said.
