Jawan Box Office Day 5: Shah Rukh Khan Film Scores High In Monday Test, Earns Rs 286 Cr

Jawan Box Office Collection Day 5: Shah Rukh Khan’s Jawan has passed the Monday test at the box office with flying colours. The film, directed by Atlee, collected Rs 30 crores on its day 4 at the box office in India, as per early estimates. The film is expected to surpass Rs 300 in India today, Tuesday. Jawan is headlined by SRK and also stars Nayanthara, Vijay Sethupathi and Deepika Padukone in a special appearance.

According to Sacnilk.com, Jawan had a good occupancy on Monday. “Jawan had an overall 32.85% Hindi Occupancy on Monday, September 11, 2023,” the box office report mentioned. The film witnessed the highest occupancy in the night shows, which was about 50.22%. With this, Jawan has collected Rs 286 crores net in India.

Jawan has already entered the Rs 500 crore club in its opening weekend. On Monday, Deadline reported that Jawan collected Rs 535 crore at the box office in its opening weekend worldwide. The film also performed better than Oppenheimer and Barbie over the weekend.

Actor Akshay Kumar took to his social media handle to congratulate the superstar for the film’s success. On X (previously known as Twitter), Akshay wrote, “What massive success!!Congratulations my Jawan Pathaan @iamsrk ???????? Our films are back and how.” Shah Rukh responded: “Aap ne Dua maangi na hum sab ke liye toh kaise khaali jayegi. All the best and stay healthy Khiladi! Love u.”
