Mahesh Bhatt and Soni Razdan were spotted outside a theatre after they watched Shah Rukh Khan's Jawan.

Mahesh Bhatt and Soni Razdan stepped out for a movie date on Monday night. The couple, who are the parents of actress Alia Bhatt, made their way to a theatre in Mumbai to catch a show of Shah Rukh Khan’s Jawan. Soni took to her X (previously known as Twitter) account on Monday evening to share a selfie with Mahesh and reveal that they had stepped out on a movie date after many years. Sharing her thoughts on the film, she tagged Shah Rukh Khan and said that his new release is ‘fabulous.’

“It took @iamsrk and #Jawaan to get the both of us out on a movie date night after I don’t know how many years ! And what a fabulous film – mind is blown ♥️ is happy @Atlee_dir wow Sir Shah Rukh Khan gets more amazing with each film. Huge congratulations all round ,” she posted on the platform. Soon, a video of Mahesh and Soni exiting the theatre surfaced online.

In the video, the paparazzi asked them to share their thoughts on Jawan. While Soni Razdan said that she loved the film, Mahesh Bhatt said, “Aisi lagi jaise pure Hindustan ko, puri duniya ko lag rahi hai (We enjoyed it like the whole country and whole world is enjoying it).” Although the paparazzi tried to urge him to share more, the director wanted to leave the venue.

As he tried to locate his car, the paparazzi seemed to have blocked his path. The filmmaker told the cameramen, “Arre bhai, chal na.” A paparazzo was heard urging him to speak about the dialogues in the movie. Mahesh replied, “Gaadi mein baitne de.” Once seated in the car, he said, “Dialogue Shah Rukh bolta hai.” A cameraman also asked him about Sanjay Dutt’s cameo. “Sab humare hai,” he said, before leaving the venue.
