This New Hair Dye Experiment With Ujala Will Blow Your Mind
A hairstylist’s one-of-a-kind experiment using Ujala on bleached hair has sparked debate online.

It seems like the world of hair experimentation is booming with creativity and innovation. From using unusual ingredients to pushing the boundaries of traditional hair colours, people are thinking outside the box to achieve bold and personalised looks. In a bid to achieve the same, a hairstylist’s one-of-a-kind experiment using Ujala on bleached hair has sparked debate online. The video astounded social media users, prompting an outpouring of comments from viewers and even igniting reactions from apps like Blinkit and Swiggy Instamart.

The now-viral video was uploaded by hairstylist Rahul Kalshetty. As the video unfolds, he explains that he went ahead with this experiment following public demand. He then proceeded to apply Ujala (a liquid fabric enhancer used to make white clothes whiter) to a client’s bleached yellowish hair.

In an unconventional and possibly harmful experiment, the hairstylist used the liquid fabric enhancer to dye a client’s hair. However, the results weren’t disappointing, as it seemed to have worked fairly well. After washing the client’s hair, the hair appeared to be whiter with touches of blue.

The video went so viral that it even grabbed the attention of instant delivery grocery mart apps Blinkit and Swiggy Instamart. They couldn’t stop themselves from commenting on this now-viral video. Till now, the share has amassed more than 80,000 views.

Adding a tweak of humour, Blinkit commented, “So, this is why we are getting so many Ujala orders.”

Taken aback by the use of Ujala on hair, Swiggy Instamart flocked to the comment section to express his amazement in a quirky way. He wrote, “Tujhse naraz nahi zindagi hairan hoon main.”

Meanwhile, social media users also filled the comment section with a plethora of hilarious responses. Many suggested unusual items to try next while there were some who questioned the purpose of dying the hairs.

A user wrote, “Next time, beetroot juice.”

“Also apply red Harpic with a glossy touch of Black Hit,” added another.

An account remarked, “Baal h ya painting brush jo alag alag colour laga rahe ho (Is it hair or painting brush that you are applying different colours?)”

An Instagram user suggested, “Roohafza, try karo na bhaai (Please try Roohafza).”

Notably, hair stylist Rahul Kalshetty tested Ujala on his own hair before applying it to other people’s hair.
