Watch: People, In Noida, Throw Punches At Each Other In Front Of Police

A violent confrontation has erupted between two groups in Noida, Uttar Pradesh, in the presence of the police. In the widely circulated videos, people can be seen punching and hiting each ther with sticks as a police officer attempts to break up the commotion.

An India Today report stated that a woman belonging to one of the groups claimed that she was eve-teased by a man on her way to a local store.

The assertion was refuted by UP police, who stated that an insignificant quarrel between two men was the catalyst for the incident. An official complaint has been filed against the accused, who are currently being held by the police, as per the report.

DCP Central Noida commented on the video clarifying, “In connection with the above incident, the people who were involved in the fight have been taken into police custody by Phase-2 police station. The injured have been given a medical check-up. Further legal action is being taken by the police after receiving the complaint.”

A user wrote, “India’s justice system has become weak. The justice system needs to be changed. If it is not changed, the situation will remain the same. The rotten justice system is being sustained by money.”

A person added strick actions should be taken against the people.

Meanwwhile, a section of users on social media claimed that the groups inloved in the clash belonged to Bhangel.
