CBFC Certifies Akshay Kumar-Tiger Shroff's Bade Miyan Chote Miyan U/A, Few Visuals Blurred And Trimmed
Akshay Kumar and Tiger Shroff's film film Bade Miyan Chote Miyan, set to come out next week, has been rated U/A by the Central Board of Film Certification.

Akshay Kumar and Tiger Shroff’s film film Bade Miyan Chote Miyan, set to come out next week, has been rated U/A by the Central Board of Film Certification. Film analyst Taran Adarsh also revealed on X (formerly Twitter) that the movie runs for 2 hours and 44 minutes (164 minutes). The CBFC made this decision on Tuesday.

Trade analyst Taran Adarsh took to X and wrote, “#Xclusiv… ‘BADE MIYAN CHOTE MIYAN’ RUN TIME… #BadeMiyanChoteMiyan certified ‘UA’ by #CBFC on 2 April 2024. Duration: 164.00 min: sec [2 hours, 44 min, 00 sec]. #India. Theatrical release date: [Wed] 10 April 2024.”

According to Bollywood Hungama, the CBFC has requested the Bade Miyan Chote Miyan team to make specific modifications in the film. As per the report, 14 seconds of visuals were blurred across three different scenes. That apart, a scene around the 57-minute mark was trimmed by 19 seconds, thus a reduction of 25%. In another part of the movie, a brand name was changed. Also, a disclaimer about alcohol consumption was included in a scene. That apart, the film’s team submitted a letter to the CBFC explaining the use of signs, symbols, uniform codes, and other details related to the Armed Forces.

The action entertainer promises to be a visual treat for fans and cinema lovers. Helmed by Ali Abbas Zafar and backed by Jackky Bhagnani, the film has generated quite a buzz around itself. The makers have also dropped the trailer. In the trailer, Akshay and Tiger go to great lengths to protect the nation from a terrorist attack. They perform intense stunts and deliver impactful dialogues. Prithviraj Sukumaran plays the antagonist, Kabir, who has hijacked a potent, powerful and dangerous weapon and Akshay Kumar and Tiger Shroff are entrusted with the task of getting it back safely.

Bade Miyan Chote Miyan will be released in Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam and Kannada. The film is scheduled to be released in theatres on April 10 this year. The film also stars Manushi Chhillar and Alaya F in key roles.
