A VR Photo is essentially a three-dimensional panorama with a slightly different view for each eye.
New Delhi: Google has released a new camera app that adds a whole-new dimension to what you capture.
With the new Cardboard Camera app, you need to simply capture a photo by holding out your phone and moving it around in a circle and later when you place the device in the Google Cardboard viewer, the app will show the captured image as a VR photo.

A VR Photo is essentially a three-dimensional panorama with a slightly different view for each eye. This makes the objects placed near look near and farther things look far, giving a certain depth to it.
Users have the option to look around to explore the VR photo in all directions and even record sound with the photo.
