The Consortium of National Law Universities will conclude the application process for the Common Law Admission Test, CLAT 2025 today, 22 October. Candidates who have not submitted their application forms yet can do so by visiting the official website – consortiumofnlus.ac.in today till 11:59 PM. “The last date for submission of CLAT 2025 online applications (for both UG and PG programmes) has been extended up to 11:59 PM of 22nd October (Tuesday) 2024,” read the official notice.
CLAT 2025: Eligibility Criteria
UG programme – Candidates must have passed the 10+2 or the equivalent exam with at least 45 per cent marks (40 per cent for reserved categories).
PG programme – Candidates must have an LLB degree with at least 50 per cent marks (45 per cent for reserved categories).
Candidates who are scheduled to appear for the qualifying exam in March/April 2025 can also apply. There is no age limit.
CLAT 2025 Application Fee
Candidates are required to pay Rs 4000 as an application fee for both UG and PG programmes. Candidates belonging to SC/ST/PwD/BPL categories will have to pay Rs 3500.

Step 2 – Register by providing the necessary details and verify through an OTP.
Step 3 – Complete the registration by uploading the required documents.
Step 4 – Pay the application fee.
Step 5 – Submit the form and print the confirmation page.

CLAT 2025 exam is scheduled to be conducted on December 1 in offline mode from 2 PM to 4 PM. Candidates belonging to the PwD category will be given 40 minutes extra to complete their paper and their exam will conclude at 4.40 PM.
CLAT is a national entrance exam for admissions to undergraduate (UG) and postgraduate (PG) law programs offered by 24 National Law Universities in India conducted by the Consortium of National Law Universities. Additionally, several affiliated universities and organizations use the CLAT exam for their admissions and recruitment processes. All admissions to the 5-year integrated LL.B. and LL.M. programs starting in the Academic Year 2025-2026 will be conducted through CLAT 2025.
