Actor-politician Pawan Kalyan’s Jana Sena Party achieved a remarkable feat by winning all 21 assembly seats it contested in Andhra Pradesh. Pawan Kalyan has won from Pithapuram Assembly of Andhra Pradesh. JSP entered the election in coalition with the Telugu Desam Party and the Bharatiya Janata Party, contesting only 21 seats as part of this alliance. This impressive success stands in stark contrast to its 2019 performance, where JSP contested 137 seats but won only one. When Pawan Kalyan returned to Hyderabad after the historic win, he was given a grand welcome by brother Chiranjeevi.
Photos and videos of Pawan Kalyan’s grand welcome at Chiranjeevi’s house are rapidly going viral on social media. In the video shared by Chiranjeevi himself, it can be seen that as soon as the actor-politician gets out of his car, he is welcomed with a shower of rose petals. Pawan then smiles as he hugs Ram Charan warmly. Later, the women of the house offer Pawan traditional greetings.

Along with Ram Charan, Varun Tej and Sai Dharam Tej were also present and Pawan Kalyan is seen embracing them all. The highlight of the video is when Pawan Kalyan meets his elder brother Chiranjeevi. He immediately falls at his feet. He also touches the feet of Chiranjeevi’s wife Surekha. Chiranjeevi captioned the video, “An emotionally charged welcome to my dear brother. A Real life ‘Power Star’!! A Hero’s Homecoming”
Pawan Kalyan’s political journey started when Chiranjeevi formed the Praja Rajyam Party in 2008. Pawan Kalyan was a youth wing leader in the party but after Chirnajeevi decided to merge the Praja Rajyam party with the Congress in 2011, he floated his own party and called it Jana Sena Party. Although Chiranjeevi has been away from active politics for a while now, he actively campaigns for his brother and provides full support for the JSP.
Pawan Kalyan will soon be seen in the film OG. The film is directed by Sujeeth. He also has Krish Jagarlamudi’s Hari Hara Veera Mallu and Harish Shankar’s Ustad Bhagat Singh in the pipeline.
